To the Class of 2018,
We made it! We finally graduated and we are one step closer to achieving our goals. Two years at Encinal, one year at Wood, and four years here at our campus have lead us to this moment. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to graduate with you all. It's crazy, when you think about it, we are like a big family. I have gotten to know so many of you guys throughout the years and I will always hold those memories close to me.
To all the friends that have stuck by me even through my toughest times, thank you. I honestly don't know where I would be without you guys. You guys have made me so happy with our long late night chats and trips to food places. Can't wait to go on more journeys when we are all in the same area again. To all the people I have lost along the way, thank you for being a part of my life. We might not talk anymore and/or it might not be the same as before but y'all have shaped me to be the person I am today.
Our class might've not been the most spirited or united, but I think we were special in our own little way. We are such a mix of characters, I'm surprised we all got along for the most part. We probably took way too long to decide on things but hey, are the sloths after all. Our group chat that would sometimes be full of liberal posts or of memes is something that still makes me smile.
I honestly didn't think I would be so sentimental about leaving high school but the idea of not seeing everyone every weekday is bittersweet. It is going to suck not seeing you all in our classes. I hope that we all still keep in touch, even if it is just through a group chat.
I will miss you all and thank you for making my seven years at ACLC something that I will cherish forever.
